Security and Document Submission Notice
Public website forms are used only for initial qualification and routing. Visitors must not submit SSNs, EINs, account numbers, tax returns, K-1s, IRS notices, financial statements, or other confidential documents through a basic public form.
Secure document handling
If documents are needed, MMVFO provides a secure portal or approved secure upload process after qualification and engagement review.
Email caution
Email can be useful for scheduling and initial communication, but sensitive tax and financial documents are handled through approved secure channels.
Initial inquiry boundary
A short description of the issue, deadline, service category, entity type, and advisor role is usually enough for initial routing. Detailed facts, notices, returns, identification numbers, account records, and privileged communications should wait for the secure process and appropriate engagement scope.
Client and advisor coordination
When a matter involves an existing CPA, attorney, investment adviser, insurance professional, trustee, or family-office team, document exchange and access permissions are coordinated under written terms and applicable professional responsibilities.
No absolute security guarantee
MMVFO uses commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Visitors should use the approved secure process when confidential documents are requested.
